As CEO and founder of BlocksLab® and saksanmarkkinoille.fi, Mirja has built an end-to-end omnichannel commercialization framework that spans everything from concept validation to full-scale go-to-market programs. Her recent work in the German market initiative highlights her ability to bridge insight, strategy, and local execution.

Mirja’s career spans C-level leadership and strategic advisory roles in both growth companies and international companies, such as Lindström. With P&L responsibility and a sharp focus on end-to-end omnichannel commercialization, she has led brand and customer experience transformations, digital acceleration initiatives, and international expansion strategies, particularly in B2B, hybrid B2B2C, D2C, and M2C environments. She has also led complex turnaround and end-to-end concept development projects in large retail and service chains such as Sokos, Asko, Silmäasema, and Hongkong. Whether scaling market entries or building omnichannel capabilities in established firms, Mirja thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and measurable business impact.
