‍

Tell us how you ended up here.

‍

I knew Coventures as a client. After deciding I would go for entrepreneurship and getting my first clients, Coventures was on top of my mind. And we quickly found that the cooperation could be fruitful.

‍

What sort of experiences have you had? Where does your background lie?

‍

My experience focuses on corporate growth strategy and its implementation in a corporate setting through innovation and new business models. I have experience both in planning as well as executing growth strategies while leading teams. I have run both physical and digital service businesses.

‍

What are some of the most impactful ventures in your career?

‍

One of the most memorable and impactful ventures of my career was building L&T's innovation model and function. We turned innovation into commercial results and achieved break-even. It taught me a lot and is something I am proud of.

‍

As an entrepreneur, how do you help clients grow meaningful businesses?

‍

Understanding the customers should be the center of the strategy when building meaningful businesses. Systematic testing, iteration, and learning provide an understanding of what works.

‍

I help clients in solving meaningful problems and executing them to deliver results. I'm up for projects as well as more extended interim roles.

‍

Why Coventures?

‍

During my years in the corporate world, I saw how difficult it is to recruit entrepreneurial talent into demanding corporate roles. I've also witnessed how big of a difference it makes to have highly-skilled entrepreneurs solving complex corporate problems. Therefore I am convinced there is a growing need for entrepreneur communities and platforms like Coventures.

‍

And of course - for the fun! Coventures is a bunch of highly skilled and fun to work with people!
